4EVR!

So, like, it's been, like, 4EVR since I posted anything... I've been distracted... By, like, life and stuff. I had some fun things happen though. I'll tell ya.

First, I got some hamsters. (Yes, multiple.) Two to be exact.

(Second) The same day, I was attempting to cut some cheese with an incredibly (stupidly) sharp knife... Bad idea I guess. :P I slipped and nearly cut my left index fingertip off. Six stitches, the most I've ever gotten. It was fun, and I didn't even faint (exactly {at least not quite}).

Third, yea, actually I don't have a third. My life has been fairly boring lately.

OHHH! WAIT! I lied! Best thing ever! I discovered a band! (I would say "new band" but I'm pretty sure it's only new to me.) They're called "Steam Powered Giraffe" and they are officially (ok, not very official, but whatever.) the COOLEST BAND EVER!!!!!! They're steam punk robots! And their music is amazing! And they are HILARIOUS! And I am totally, like, fangirl crushing on all of them! (Which is totally abnormal for me.)

You only wish you were as cool and rad and hip and groovy and aloe (inside joke) and awesome and talented as they are...

And their fans are just about as awesome as they are. I've been lurking around the SPG forums and they all amaze me a little bit. I wish I was as cool as them.

And with this particular band, I would be one of those creepy stalker fans who went to every concert and knew all of their names and where they lived and stuff. (If I could afford it.)

In conclusion, I'm a creepy, clumsy, underpaid, animal hording, STALKER! :D (With bad sentence structure.)

TIRED!

If you happened to be at the same wally world I was at the other night, and if you happened to see a large red dog dragging a girl across the parking lot.... That wasn't me... But it was an interesting sight, wasn't it?

In other news, I am bruised in some odd places.

All in all it was a good weekend.

Mojo's owner just came and picked him up. She said she would have a lot of work for me over the summer. I am quite excited. She paid me $55 for five days. Pretty good pay for something I enjoy tremendously.

Just so you know...

I was thinking, after the last post, that ya'll might get confused by my rather obscure and random references to my pets. So I thought I would give you a quick rundown of 'em.

Shasta~7 1/2 year old Border Collie mix. Very loving, but REALLY shy, a rescue from an abusive situation. Got her last year in March. She is also overweight.

Frederick Von Sampson or Frede~ 2 1/2 year old red Doberman Pinscher. Very large, very excitable. My siblings got him for my mom in 2008 around Thanksgiving.

Rocko~ 6 year old German Shepherd. Old lazybones when inside, excitable puppy when outside. My big sister rescued him from Ohio somewhere.

Thea~ 7 year old German Shepherd. Very skinny, like, unhealthy skinny. We are trying to bring her weight up. My big sister rescued her from somewhere in Ohio.

Rusty~ 2 1/2 year old Siamese mix. Adorable white and slightly red cat with blue eyes. Very loving, gives me kisses on command. Rescued in 2008, he was in very bad condition, covered in fleas and ticks. In great condition now.

Oreo~ 2 year old maybe Persian mix. Black and white double stuff cat. :) Another rescue. He was living outside my mom's work when mum found him.

Zhashagi Doklizh or shagi~ 1 year old blue Parakeet. Very sweet, he just doesn't like to be touched... :) He can whistle pretty bird, whippoorwill, and wolf whistle. He chatters a lot at night.

Tweet~ Dark gray Cockatiel. Beautiful bird. Doesn't like people, not very socialized. She has been sort of sad the past few months, as her lifelong companion died a couple months ago.
